Succeeding As A Foreman IV

Turning a collection of individuals into an efficient, high-performing crew isn’t easy, but it can be done. This workshop examines techniques foremen can use to create and maintain productive groups that serve their communities well. Among the questions we will address are: What skills and personal traits does a worker need to become effective? What do you expect from your workers—and what do they expect of you? How long does it take for individuals to act like a team? And how do you handle crew members who are not working together?
