Conrad works with more than 50 communities throughout New England in developing and maintaining their Pavement Management Program. His experience working in a variety of communities has helped him understand that each community faces different challenges in maintaining their roadway networks. His experience includes assessing roadway conditions, selecting candidates for pavement maintenance and developing short and long term Capital Improvement Plans.
