PROJECT MANAGER CERTIFICATION TRAINING

This comprehensive training covers all of the necessary skills for new and experienced Project Managers. The training consists of 7 separate 2 to 3-hour sessions over 4 weeks starting on March 30th, 2022, presented by various subject matter experts at the Highway Division. 

Topics include project initiation, consultant selection, reference documents, design submittals, public outreach, project funding, bid phase, and construction phases.

All Project Managers are required to attend this very important training.

In order to receive your Project Manager Training Certification, attendees must attend all sessions. If a session is missed, attendees can attend a make-up session at the next scheduled training.
