Motor Grader Operation Safety and New Technology (1995-2012)

A motor grader can be a critical tool for Highway Departments. If operators are not using the machinery correctly, job quality suffers, and possible machine damage can result. By learning correct usage techniques, departments can avoid these issues, and save time and money in the process. In this workshop, attendees will learn the basics of motor grader features, operation, and safety, through both classroom and hands-on training. Attendees will be able to test different models during the hands-on portion. This Baystate Roads Program workshop is being held in conjunction with the Berkshire County Highway Association, Schmidt Equipment, Inc, and John Deere
