Course Description:
The OSHA 10 Hour virtual Construction Training Program provides training on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of workplace hazards. Classes also provide overview information regarding OSHA, including workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint. All OSHA 10 Hour Construction Training is intended to cover an overview of the hazards a worker may encounter on a job site. Training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention, not OSHA standards.

Due to the virtual nature of this training and, in order to receive OSHA credit, each participant MUST use their own device with a working speaker/mic and a camera. The camera MUST be on for the duration of the class. Participants may not share devices.

*This training has been approved to offer TCHs from the Board of Certification of Operators of Drinking Water Supply Facilities: DWT-2024-5 (10 hrs).

Instructor/Bios:
Steven St. Laurent’s specialty is safety training that doesn’t bore you to death in English and Spanish. He conducted his first training (in Spanish) for a Cement company across Northern Mexico in 2002. Since then, he has conducted 100‘s of safety trainings for 1000’s of people in construction and manufacturing companies in over 30 states across the U.S., often for companies that have experienced a fatality.

Target Audience:
Workers involved in construction projects, supervisors, and other personnel responsible for construction activities should attend this workshop.
