This training focuses on best practices for Illicit Discharge Detection Elimination (IDDE) as part of municipal stormwater programs.  IDDE is required for permittees under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) in Massachusetts.  This training focuses on IDDE activities required this year, including those for new permittees, and best practices for IDDE program implementation. This webinar will fulfill the annual MS4 requirement for IDDE training.
