Course Description:

This training focuses on best practices for Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) as part of municipal stormwater programs.  IDDE is required for permittees under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4s) in Massachusetts (effective 7/1/2018).  We are half-way through MS4 Permit Year 4, so permittee responsibilities under the IDDE program are likely increasing as MS4 Permit deadlines approach.  This training focuses on Year 4 and future IDDE requirements and discusses best practices for implementation of IDDE programs.  This webinar will also fulfill the annual MS4 requirement for IDDE training.

Massachusetts municipalities and their supporting agencies that fall under the MS4 permitting annual training requirements
