Interpersonal Leadership Workshops with Rockie Blunt

Baystate Roads’ new program for municipal public works departments and MassDOT personnel—“Leadership At All Levels”—consists of four sessions: “Personal Leadership,” “Interpersonal Leadership,” “Group Leadership” and “Organizational Leadership.” Each session builds on the previous one in a progressive approach to skills building.

In “Interpersonal Leadership” (Session 2), participants examine ways that they can apply their leadership potential to their daily interactions with colleagues and coworkers.


Who Should Attend
The program is open to all current foremen or supervisors, as well as to crew members who aspire to future leadership positions and individuals who are being considered for those positions.

Rockie Blunt, Ed.D.
Rockie Blunt is president of Blunt Consulting Group, a West Boylston firm that offers management and organizational communications training and consulting services to companies and organizations throughout New England. In his extensive work with municipal and state agencies, he has built a reputation as a lively speaker who delivers informative workshops.
