Course Description
Congratulations, you have earned a new leadership position within your organization and have a new role full of possibilities. While you may be feeling a range of emotions – excitement, pride, anxiousness, and caution- you may be the most anxious in knowing you are now transitioning from a peer to a leader. In this instructor-led session, participants will discuss how to transition from friend to fearless leader smoothy, identify ways to provide effective feedback to a group of colleagues they are close with, and how to advocate for themselves and their staff with upper management.
