Policies for Events and Trainings
Photography, Audio and Video Recordings
Photography, audio, and/or video recordings of participants may be taken at UMass Transportation Center (UMTC)/Baystate Roads (BSR) events and trainings by UMTC/BSR representatives for educational, marketing, training, or other purposes. By participating in UMTC/BSR trainings or events, you grant permission for such photographs and recordings and their usage without your review or any compensation. If you do not wish to be in any photos or videos please notify the facilitator of the event when you arrive.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received no later than 7 days prior to the class, or the registration fee will not be refunded.
Accessibility and Requests for Accommodations
UMTC endeavors to provide an inclusive learning environment for all, including people with disabilities and individuals with limited English proficiency. If you will need special services or arrangements to be able to fully participate, please email contact the UMTC by emailing admin@umasstransportationcenter.org at least 14 days in advance. Such services are provided free of charge.

In accordance with University of Massachusetts policies and federal and state laws, the UMass Transportation Center is committed to providing an environment for UMTC/Baystate Roads trainings and events that is welcoming to all and that is free from sexual harassment and other harassment or discrimination on the basis of gender, age, race, and other classes that have legal protections from discrimination. Event and training participants are expected to maintain a respectful attitude towards other participants. The UMTC takes any complaints of inappropriate conduct seriously.
