Overview
Snow and Ice Operations for Supervisors is designed for those in a supervisory role. This course will cover much of the same material in Snow and Ice Operations for Front Line Workers but will add more technical information that management staff will benefit from.
The course will consist of three separate zoom sessions on October 21, 28 and November 4, from 10:00 am - Noon. All three sessions will need to be attended to receive Baystate Roads credit and course certificate. Each session will be held on a Thursday morning. A zoom link will be provided once you have completed the registration.
