Description
This class focuses on understanding trust in community-centered work. This class is tailored for those who work directly with the community. You'll explore and utilize Charles Green’s Trust Equation as a lens to understand how to lay the groundwork for establishing trust in community-centered work.
• Define what trust looks like from the community’s perspective.
• Explore the barriers to trust and how poverty, systemic inequities, and organizational history play a role.
• Identify behaviors and attitudes that demonstrate respect and credibility.
Target Audience
Anyone interested in honing their supervisory skills at any level should attend this training.
