Chris Ahmadjian, Ph.D.
Associate Director
Chris is responsible for leading a diverse team of highly skilled in-house and affiliated professionals to create a dynamic environment of innovative thinking. The UMTC has expertise in the development, management, and delivery of projects based on four focus areas – Innovation, Research, Outreach, and Implementation. The Associate Director is responsible for creating a strong dymamic between these focus areas.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Masters Degree in Business from Clark University, and a PhD in Transportation Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Massachusetts has been working with municipal and state transportation personnel for over 20 years.
