Stephanie Cottrell

Project Coordinator

Stephanie Cottrell has dedicated over a decade to the Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP), where she’s become a passionate advocate for local public works agencies. With a B.S. in Communications from Lyndon State College, Stephanie spent 20 years in television broadcast engineering and production before transitioning into public sector support. Her outreach and marketing expertise was further sharpened during her 16-year tenure as General Manager and performer with the Strafford Wind Symphony.
 
These diverse experiences have culminated in what she considers her most rewarding role yet—supporting and empowering local agencies through Baystate Roads and the UMass Transportation Center (UMTC).
 
When she’s not championing public works professionals, Stephanie enjoys time in southeastern New Hampshire with her partner, their blended family, and three golden retrievers.
