Riders who are enrolled in the WRTA paratransit can call 1-7 days in advance to schedule your trip.

Riders who are enrolled in ADA paratransit for a different transit authority can apply for visitor status to use the WRTA paratransit. To begin, call your transit authority and ask them to send your eligibility documents to WRTA. For example, if you use the MBTA RIDE program, you would call THE RIDE Eligibility Center and ask them to send your ADA Certificate of Eligibility to WRTA.
