Baystate Roads provides workshops and other training in the areas of Infrastructure Management, Roadway Safety, Work Zone Safety, Worker Safety, and Workforce Development. The typical target audience for workshops are municipal and MassDOT staff, and consultants who work with cities and towns.

Baystate Roads identifies and develops courses with input from workshop participants, Advisory meeting attendees, surveys, and other sources.
